  1. I connect my main power to the AC/DC converter and connect the DC side to my 18 V drill when I pull the trigger on the drill the drill works until it gets under a load and then the converter loses DC voltage.  Anytime I test with a motor it will work OK until the motor gets underload and then the voltage drops which causes the motor to stop. What is causing this?
