Dual L298N SKU 091048 arrived damaged

I received my Dual L298N SKU 091048 today and it arrived damaged and missing some screws. One of the pins is bent and OUT 3 , 4, and 5 are missing screws. When I power up the unit nothing happens. What do I do now? Return it to Amazon?
