Failed Units

I ordered DROK® 5A NC Step Down Power Converter 24V to 12V 5V Numerical Control Buck Module 5-32V to 0-30V Adjustable Digital Control Voltage Regulator Cons
from Amazon. The first unit would not work at all. LED’s would not light etc.

I returned it and ordered a second unit. It also arrived broken into multiple pieces. The shipping package was not damaged, but the product package, the white envelope and bubble wrap had already been opened before I received the unit. It looked like a return unit that had been shipped out as new.

One bad unit I can understand. Two in a row, not so much.

I am not smiling.
