Hand Crank Generator

I have a hand crank generator that is used as a demonstration to show how much physical energy it takes to light a regular light bulb versus an energy efficient light bulb. The generator provides DC at between 0 and 60 volts depending on how hard a person is cranking it. After the generator, I have a rectifier to assure voltage polarity is constant to a voltage regulator. The output from the voltage regulator needs to be 12 VDC as it is then connected to a DC to AC inverter to create 120 VAC for the light bulbs.
I need a voltage regulator that is capable of 0 to 60 volts DC input, that can provide 12 VDC output. The inefficient light bulb is a 100 watt incandescent, so I need the regulator to be capable of 10 to 15 amps at 12 VDC.
What do you recommend?

As follow-up to my question, I tried using the DROK 15A CV mini electric buck voltage converter, but I believe I burned it out due to being able to provide up to 60 VDC while cranking the generator hard. The 15A CV is rated at 36 V max input.
