I purchased your DC-DC Converter model 180080 from Amazon. I plan on powering it with 24V 6A power brick and anticipate an output from 13V – 16V 4A. What heat sink do you recommend for the MOSFET? What is the best way to address the thermal concerns ? Thank you

    Hello Dave,
    Thanks for your business.
Though you have heat sink for it, it’s better the output power is in the range of within 50W.
If the voltage difference is large, please reduce output power.
The heat dissipation method we recommend is to install cooling fan. The fan can be powerd by input power supply.
    Best regards.

Your product photo illustrates installing a “cooling fin” on the “power supply chip”. Do you sell this cooling fin?

    Thanks

    Hello Dave,
We are sorry we don’t sell cooling fin.
We suggest the best way is to install cooling fan. If you need to run it with high power, cooling fin is not suitable.
    Best regards.
