Hi I bought this from Amazon
DROK® Waterproof Synchronous DC-DC Converter Buck 5.5-32V to 1-27V Voltage Regulator 24V to 12V to 5V 5A Adjustable VDC Solid Durable Power Supply BoardThe ASIN is : B00GY01UMC
The Item model number is : 090011_EUPlease send me a PDF manual with instructions and particulaply how to adjust the potentiometer.
When connecting 12.5 V battery to IN, the output voltage is 12.4 and does not change when turning the screw eirher way. How many turns required? Should there be a load connected to adjust? I need to get 6V to supply servo controller should really be able to set output voltage without load. PLEASE HELP
Hello George,
Thank you for writing in.
Could you please try to clockwise and counter-clockwise adjust the potentiometer for more laps (at least 10 laps for each direction) to see if the product works normally?
If not, please feel free to write back to us.
Here the PDF file is the datasheet of the product, please check it.
DATASHEET_090011
Hope this can help you.

Unit came on arrival date advertised. No wiring diagrams, but look pretty strait forward. Hooked + in to a 12vdc lawn mower battery. + out to red multi meter lead and black lead back to – on the battery. Turned the adjusting screw 12-15 turns counter clockwise voltage stayed at 12.34. turned back to starting point and turned 12-15 turns clockwise. voltage stayed at 12.34. tried hooking up ground wires still nothing. unhooked grounds unplugged multi voltage meter heard a snap in the unit, hooked back to meter no voltage would come through. What next?

I installed the DC/DC converter on a Hatteras boat. I’ve got 32VDC circuits on the boat and I wanted to step down to some 12VDC LED lights on one circuit. I’ve got the converter installed, I was able to adjust the output to approximately 12VDC (I think I’m at about 12.5 VDC which should be fine. I’ve got that 12.5 VDC reading on my meter but when I connect just one of the 2.5W LED 12VDC lights, the light will not illuminate. Could there be an issue where no amperage is available but I’ve got 12.4VDC? Any help appreciated.
Hello Jake S.
Thanks for writing in.
Would you please firstly let us know which item you are talking about? Please kindly send us the product link for confirmation. And have you measured how large the output current is?
With more information, we can find out solution for you more quickly.

If possible, it would be appreciated if you can show operation by video. In that way we can check it quickly. You can send it to service@droking.com.

RayAugust 2, 2019 at 2:00 amPost count: 0hello,
I purchased 2 of the 5.3v -32v dc-dc buck converter with lcd display. Purchased through Amazon.
both units worked fine at low voltage. When input voltage reached 30 volt input they both failed. I have no display on either unit. Obviously a component failed. The data spec says 32v limit. Very disappointed. Which component may have failed? Is there a fuse on board?
Please help
Hello Ray,
Is it this item? 2001711007
Besides display, how is the output status? Would you like to show more details by video? We will pass on video to technicians for checking. And what kind of load is connected? Does it like that when without load?
You can share video link or send it to Service@droking.com
Best regards.
