How to calibrate ameter?

i Just purchased from Amazon (Order# 111-2704582-6517805) a DROK Digital LED Current Voltage Measurement DC 0-100V/50A Ampere Volt Meter Red/Blue Dual Color. The ammeter is grossly low in it’s reading. It should be around 15-18 amps but reads only 7 amps. How do I correct it? Thanks.
