    My 180055 USB protector will turn off power to a load device after a few minutes. This will cause the phone or table to run the battery down. How can I tell it to not turn off power? I don’t have any instructions for the product.

    There will be a cue of the reason for the power turn off, please check it.
    You can try to reset the value according to the cue.
