Hi Drok Support,

Our team initially bought 3 units of Drok USB Type C Digital Testers (J7-c). These units were found to be providing accurate current readings. So, we ordered 10 more of the same device.

The problem now is that the devices from the new batch are giving incorrect Ampere readings. (Different Amp readings for the same USB port)

Below are some additional details. Could you look into this and respond with a solution at your earliest.
We already emailed you these details to Service@droking.com. If there is a way to calibrate the devices, then could you please provide us with the calibration procedure immediately.
