    I have purchased six USB Load Tester with Display, DROK 35W 5A DC Electronic Load Tester, for Power Aging, Battery Discharge, Charge Adapter and Power Bank Test.

    I cannot get it to negotiate for 9 or 12 volts with QC2 or QC3 chargers.

    It gets into a mode where the display slowly show 2. 3.  A. F C and then —-  What does this mean?

    DAT 0 or 1 – what does that mean?

    Do you have instructions that explain how to use the controls?
