    Technical Specifications lists voltage range as 0.01~120v.  In my experience the ~ means DC (as in my DMM scale).  Is this a DC meter or dual AC/DC, or does this mean it’s an AC meter?   The Amazon listing says it’s a DC meter, but just making sure.

    Item# 200193 is a DC meter. It can’t be used as AC meter.
