Is Ground passed through 12V -> 5V Converter

I’m using your DROK Waterproof Car Power Converter DC 8-22V to 5V/3A Step Down Voltage Module 12V to 5V Power Supply to power a Raspberry Pi 3. Is the 12V ground input common with the 5V ground output?

This is the link to Amazon for the item I’m asking about. I want to know if the ground on the 12V input side is common with the ground on the 5V output side. I’m powering a RPi in a car and I want to know if the GPIO ground reference will match the car ground reference.
