I am using this CT paired with a Morning Group model 3D2Y-K Multifunction Power Meter to monitor electrical load in a 3-phase panel that supplies power to machine shop equipment. I have researched proper connection of the CT from your website and ensured it is connected in the panel as directed. I also went through the instruction manual for the power meter and made sure to set the CT conversion factor as specified for the output of this transformer. When I power up the system and put load on the panel, I am getting only zero readings for current. I have measured the monitored lines with a Fluke meter and clamp on ampmeter accessory, getting an actual reading of approx 0.23 amps with the test load. Is this load simply to small for this product to detect accurately, making the meter give a zero reading?
