LCD Display Not Working

My DC500A screen is not working. I just got it in the mail and the screen does not turn on. it smoked when I turned it on.

Also, ‘all website is really bad. Where is the manual??? Mine did not come with one, and you can’t find them on your website. That is shameful. On Amazon the product is listed as DC5001 model number. A good search for DC500A on y’all website yields 0 results. Usually with companies with complainant management, the manuals can be found in the support section of the website.

Second off, you cannot sell an electronics product without a manual. That is a load of bullshit. You just wasted hundreds of dollars worth of my engineering resources and your product now has costed me 10 times more money than what its worth. I have a deadline of tomorrow, and now my meter does not work.

And about the LCD Display Not Working, could you please give us the product link and tell us more details about your using environment? what’s the input and output and what’s the wiring? If you can, we sincerely hope that could you please send us a picture to let us check what is the problem detail?

Purchased a model TWOK-TYPE thermometer from amazon Its a Signstek 31/2 6802 k 1300 2372. Took it out of the box put in battery the led screen doesn’t work. The item says checked I don’t know how it could be since it was in a sealed box and wrapped in plastic. From what I see it was bad to start with. Your support is also bad no place to get in touch with company on web site.
