Hi,
I have a pair of PA speakers with a subwoofer output and I was hoping to use the <span style=”display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #111111; font-family: ‘Amazon Ember’,Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 19px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 1.3; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;”>TPA3116D2 </span>board with a subwoofer speaker to give me extra bottom end. I have connected everything to test it and the speaker is very quiet from the PA, if I connect a phone to the board it is as loud as I’d expect so I assume that the board can’t handle line level inputs.
Is it possible to swap the opamps out or otherwise to modify the board to handle line level inputs please or would I need a preamp?
Thanks,

<span>https://www.laney.co.uk/products/audiohub-ah4x4-active-cabinetIt also has a line out that I haven’t tried, not sure if the signal would be different but worth trying. I have in the past plugged the subwoofer output in to a bass guitar amplifier and that worked a treat, not sure if that helps but it is at least more data :)</span>
