    I just bought a LY7 and try to set up for Lithium Ion battery capacity reading. However, it doesn’t seem to work.

    I have a battery charged to 7.0v. I set F0. It seems to read the voltage properly but read 0 capacity. I tried F1, F2, F3.

    none of them work. Please tell me what I did wrong or your device was just dead ?? Is there any phone# for me to call ?

    F0,F1,F2 is not for setting battery specification.

    Please kindly notice you need to hold the K- button then connect power supply. After than, it will show battery code. Here is instruction.
