Measuring +/- DC current and Voltage

Will either the 100117 or 100107 provide both +/- DC measurement of current and voltage? Will it indicate “-” when applicable like a typical multimeter?

If not do you have suggestions?

Both of two items can dispaly negative current and voltage.
