meter not working

Good afternoon,

I recently purchased a
<h2 class=”a-size-mini a-spacing-none a-color-base s-line-clamp-2″><span class=”a-size-medium a-color-base a-text-normal”>AC Display Meter, DROK 80-300V 100A Voltage Current Power Factor Frequency Electric Energy Monitor Ammeter Voltmeter Multimeter Tester 110V 220V Digital Color LCD Volt Amp Watt Detector Reader Panel</span></h2>
I installed it exactly as the diagram described.  The meter is showing the voltage and the hertz but no amps or watts.  I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the ring around the load wire but still nothing.  Can you please advise on anything else to try to make it work?

I have the same problem. Not showing watts or amps however it shows correct voltage 110v and hz.

Please check if you put the correct load wire goes through the CT.  If it still not work, could you please show us your wiring?
