I bought : 4-38V to 1.25-36V 5V Converter (Modellnumber 090181_EU)
Where do I have to place the delivered cooling item ??? (Glueing/Screwing ?)

Thank you for writing in.
You can glue a heatsink on the chip which is marked by red frame in the following image.
