    Hi Folks,

need the buck converter to reduce 24v- of my 3d printer to 5v- for a raspberry pi4. The converter is already connected to input. 24 Volt are measurable at the input-connector. No voltage (0V) without electric load at the output. Turning the screw on the potentiometer doesn’t show any results.

Is there a description how to manage this? Is there any measurable result without electric load? What to do now?

    Any help desired . . .

    thanx for Your attention

    Hello piet,

    Thanks for writing in.

There are many kinds of lm2596s,  we are sorry we can’t confirm which one you mean. Would you please kindly offer a product link?

    For example, #090118, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JUFJ1GA/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20

    #090010, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PBF2TLG/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20

And did you try to change other power supply? It would be appreicated if you take some images to show how it is.

With more information, we can find solution quickly.

    Best regards.

    Hello piet,

Thanks for your reply. We will wait for your picture.

And w suggest that just connect another power supply, and then check output voltage. That should be the fast way to check if it is normal.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I don’t think this picture import is working. Trying it anyhow . . .

If it’s not working, pls. send email address to realize the transport.

I tried the second channel of the power supply with 24v- input as well. No result, too.

I have no third device available at the moment.

    Anything to do?
