No documentation for DC Motor controller

I recently purchased the following boards. When shipment arrived they didnt come with any documentation. I am curious to know how to connect these to an arduino to control the boards.

Thanks for writing in and we are sorry for inconvenience caused on you.
Since these items are semi-manufactured module, they don’t have paper instruciton.
