    My multi meter does not connect wirelessly to the base/shunt.

    Any ideas what to do?

    The display powers up ok, just no red light or information transmutted

    Hello Alan W,
    Thanks for writing in.
    We think the red light you mention should be on the measurement board. It is a relay indicator instead of power indicator.
    To check what wrong is, could you please take some images to show us the display and your wiring?
