Potentiometer humming

On my Drok TDA7297 amp, when I touch the potentiometer it hums very loud. Does the potentiometer need grounding? How do I fix this.

Hello Grant,
Thank you for your information.
If the noise only arise when you touch the potentiometer.
You may have touched its metal part. When the body induced current is connected with the metal part, the noise will arise.
So please try to just touch the plastic part of potentiometer to see whether noise still arise.
