My 6.5 –100volt, 50/100 amp panel meter has an apparent defect in that backlight off readings look normal, but turning on the back light disables the amp, watt, and watt-hr readings by sending them to “0”. Turning off the backlight restores the readings. Am I missing something in the button functions?
Help?

Thank you for reply.
We have consulted this to our technicians, but such problem haven’t happened before.
We can’t find out what was wrong.
To find out solution for you, could you please send us video to show how you operate it?
You can send the video to service#droking dot com ( please replace # with @).
Please don’t worry, we will find solution for you at that time.

Thank you for your reply.
All we do is want to find out what was wrong.
As we can’t see how it is, it’s hard to make sure whether it is the item problem or other problems, for example, the wiring, the load and etc.
Or is it convenient for you to take some pictures to show the wiring?
And please let us know more details about other parameters.
We wil try our best to find out solution for you.
Best regards. -
