I recently bought from Amazon your product (Boost Converter).
I wanted to use it to increase 4.2v of my five li-ion battery to 12v.
I connceted all the cables in the right way, the voltmeter begin to measure the voltage:
INPUT 4.2
OUTPUT 4.1
So i turned the potentiometer but the output was still 4.1
I put three batteries in series to have 12.6v and the boost converter gave me 32.8v.
But after 10-15 seconds, the voltage dropped to 12.5vWhat could be the problem?
Hello Matteo,
Thank you for purchasing.
Do you debug the product under a load condition?
If yes, could you please tell us what is the load?
And it is better that you can sent us some photo of the installation.
With your help, we can consult to our technician and find a solution more effectively.

Thank you for your video and your cooperation.
Basically, the LED strips need to drive by constant current.
But this product is only compatible with constant voltage output but not compatible with constant current output.
If the voltage of the product is boost to 12V, the current will increase suddenly, and then the over-current protection will reduce the output voltage to protect the product.
Therefore, could you please try to change the constant voltage load and apply 3 series batteries as the power supply?
Hope this will be helpful to you.
