PSU build for Raspberry pi 4 cluster of 20

I need advice in assembling cluster power supply for 20 Raspberry pi 4. I need an MCU power enable  for each Raspberry pi 4. The total current requirement is 3A*20 = 60A,  power requirement = 300W (+ losses) => 400W.

Do you need a power supply that can output 60A?
