Request detailed Programming Procedure for 200391

The instructions which were packaged with the relay (200391) are not sufficiently detailed for me to program the unit.   Do you have any other info or procedural guidance which will supplement the enclosed instructions?

Specifically, what are the steps using the Setting & Trigger buttons to program the on/off, timing, & controlling the decimal point.
