I just received this and connected everything correctly. I reset the display values to “0” as instructed then tried to set the user specified values for AH, FU, HU, LU and HA. My question is my battery is a LiFePo rated at 400AH so I set the AH at 400 but what do I set the FU? Neither the battery picture nor the AH values in the display reflect anything while the battery is charging or discharging. The A, V, W and WH values on the display are changing as expected.

Mike GUSTAFSONJuly 31, 2020 at 7:08 pmPost count: 0My Cullen Current/voltage is pretty much working except the Battery icon display is working backwards? As I pull current from the main battery the battery display “fills up” rather decline as expected. The numerical current number shows a negative sign in front of the value, which correct. (like -30) When the battery charger is on the current number does not have the negative sign (like 30). All of this seems ok.
How do I get the battery icon to work properly? The battery should decrease as current is pulled from the battery and “fill up” as the charger recharges the batteries.
Thank you
Mike

Im having problems calibrating my new Drok LCD Hall Cullen meter. The battery is fully charged with no load, and I followed instructions to clear current and energy. My battery has a reserve capacity of 88 amp hours. So I loaded that in using the instructions, and took the values properly. I set the FU to 12.6 volts. However the bar, and the upper right hand AH value is telling me that my remaining capacity is near zero, which is impossible.
The other odd thing I noticed is that when I “cleared” the current and energy by holding the buttons as instructed, the lower right hand number (accumulated energy) does not clear. Any suggestions?Hello Martin Pike,
For #2001712003, did you fully charge the battery after setting?
Notice: it can’t show correct battery icon and remaining capacity at once. You have to fully charge battery again to enable it. Pleasse make sure charging current flows through current sensor.
And did you hold the upper button 3 seconds to reset enrgy?
Best regards,
DROK
