Sku 200199. Only getting voltage reading

i recently purchased this meter (sku# 200199) and I have wired it in the way the directions said to do it but I only get voltage reading.  Watts and Amps reading stay on zero’s.   Is this my installation mistake or is the unit defective?   I have my white neutral wire fed through the ring and have taps into the white neutral after the ring and the other tap into the black hot going in to the power center.  Any help?

Hello Anthony Link,

To check what problem it is, would you like to take some images to show the whole connection?  In that way, we can check it more carefully. And did you use the  current transformer come wit it?
