Here’s the picture: top board with LED amp and voltage meters is not connected to anything. I need to measure the current and voltage at output wired to a load (approx. 0.5A)

Dear Keymaster, the JPEG picture is accessible with no problem using the link provided, tested successfully. However, it shows nothing else but two boards apart (top with LED meters and bottom with converter electronics). The measuring board is not connected with converter board, therefore CAN NOT measure anything.
