    Hi

    Trying to use SIN9020S multimeter.

    Connected using two wire connection, battery and charge always >12V. Double and triple checked polarity and everything according to manual.

    I have the OUT arrow GREEN pointing RIGHT and AH and WH DECREASING while CHARGING the battery.

    When I turn the charge off and turn on the load, I have OUT arrow RED pointing LEFT and AH and WH INCREASING.

    Battery ‘-‘ on ‘OUT -‘, battery ‘+’ on ‘Vcc+’, load and charge ‘+’ on ‘Vcc+’, load and charge ‘-‘ on ‘IN -‘

    Please help

    Hello Anatolii,

    Thanks for writing in.

    When OUT arrow pointing right means discharging, if it points left, that is charging.

    The “OUT-” and “IN-” should be reversed. Would you please try to exchange the wires on “OUT-” and “IN-”?

    You should probably fix direction and color in your manual 🙂
