TDA7850 Car Acc connector

The TDA7850 is a very useful little amp and sounds far better than the car stereo it replaces. However it has a terminal labelled CAR ACC, but there is no explanation of what this does or how to use it. Any information would be most welcome.

Also is there any kind of Fader to balance the Front/Rear speakers?
