    Hello

Regarding product # 200350, what is the time delay between powering on device and relay closing assuming signal will trigger?

Does the unit have memory with function type and time setting when re-powered?

Also, I would like to confirm that if V+ (> approximately 0.4V) is sent to low level trigger and then unit will not close relay until V+ is disconnected?

    Thanks,

    Nicholas

    Hello  Nicholas Loes,

We are sorry we are not sure the first question. Could you please tell us more details?

Setting parameters will be saved when power off.

And regarding the last questions, there are many working mode. We can’t confirm which one you are talking about.

Could you please  refer to the working modes in manual? https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/91z+BlySwmL.pdf

    Hello
    <p style=”text-align: left;”>Using setting P1</p>
V+ to low trigger will prevent closing until disconnected and if no signal to either high or low trigger on startup unit will close, correct?

If V+ is disonnected to low trigger when power is applied to unit, how long until relay close?

Will make sure high trigger is >3v and low trigger is < 0.2v

    Thanks,

    Nicholas

    Hello,

We are terribly sorry we can’t confirm the “V+”  you mean. Is that  your signal source?

Under P1 mode, once you send high or low level signal, relay contact will close, energize time is set by user.

Without  signal , relay contact is always opened.

    Best regards.

Below is our thinking. Please check if it is correct.

    Hello

Yes, V+ is signal source. Using P1 and if V+ is connected to low trigger, then only when voltage is switched off will relay close, correct? If so, then wont relay close if no wire is connected to low trigger as there will always be no voltage on low trigger if there is no wire? Is workaround to disable low trigger to add constant power voltage and similarly to disable high trigger to connect to ground?

Now for second, completely different scenario regarding latency. Using P6, what is time between powering unit and relay closing.

    Thanks,

    Nicholas

    Hello,

P1 mode: Once you connect  high or low level signal, relay contact will close. Notice: relay conntact close at once instead of after signal is disconnected.

Without  signal , relay contact is always opened.

We are terribbly sorry we can’t confirm your purpose  about ” disable high trigger”. High or low lever siganl can trigger relay, if you don’t want to use high level port, just ignore it.

About the second problem, once power on, relay will close simultaneously. There are no time delay.

    Best regards.
