Time delay relay

I have my relay hooked up as the schematic says to. The numbers light up and count down as they should. I’ve tried every setting. I know the relay is kicking in and out as its set for because I can hear it working. But i still don’t get any power out of S0 and S1. What do I do?

Hello Matthew,

Besides power supply connected to VCC and GND, could you please tell us if you connect the other power supply for load? The power goes through  VCC and GND is for powering on item only, it doesn’t offer power for load.
