Unable to control Relay from Power meter Drok 200219.

Hi Drok team,

I am buidling my battery power station which requires relay control from the power meter. The meter I use for the project is Drok 200219. wiring connection demonstrated as attached picture. However, the relay doesnt work. No over protection selected from the monitor, no counter connection, the relay works just fine. Please help me with this case. Thank you. Regards.

May I know more detials your problem? Do you mean output can’t be turned off?
