USB Volume Knob Not Working on Mac

Hello. I purchased the USB Computer Volume Regulator (volume knob), SKU 200211, and connected it to my computer following included instructions. It does not control the volume. The blue light comes on, so a connection with the computer is established, but the knob doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t control volume or trigger any other functions. The computer shows no signs of the knob being turned or pressed. Can you help? Otherwise I will have to return it.

I am running macOS Catalina, 10.15.4

Hello Miguel,

Did you control system volume or volume from some PC sofwares? For example, extra media  player.
