VAC8010F-80V Doesn't show battery capacity

I’ve installed this in my RV using internal power. The unit appears to be functioning normally except that as soon as I set a battery capacity greater than zero the capacity indicator graph goes to zero, and the displays for remaining time stay at zero. It will allow me to enter whatever capacity number I want, as well as remaining capacity, but nothing comes up on the graphical display. If I reset the capacity to zero, the capacity graph shows full.

May I know  detailed setting for BAT and BPC?

I have set BAT to 100 Ah, and BPC to 100%. I have tried many other settings, but as soon as I increase BAT above zero the green on the capacity graph disappears.

Problem solved. On advice of technicians I removed power from the sensor/computer, then restarted it. The unit functioned properly after.
