    Hello,

I purchased the DC-DC buck booster converter to step down my 15.4VDC 500mA wind turbine to 12VDC to power a AAA battery charger, which operates at approx. 400mA. When I hookup the turbine to the converter I’m reading input voltage, but I can’t get the any output voltage. I’ve adjusted the amp pot & voltage pot counter clockwise and clockwise, but I’m not getting anything. I’ve tested the DC-DC buck booster with two 9V @ 900mA batteries in series and everything works fine. Any help with how I can get the converter to function with the turbine would be greatly appreciated.
