I am making a human powered DC generator to power LED lights. The generator will be turned by peddling like a bicycle. Would the below item be a good choice to regulate the power? FYI A battery will not be used. It is important that power stops when paddling stops.

If not a good choice what would be a better choice?

Just received the DP20V2A. testing it I noticed I can’t change the value in I-SET higher than what the U-Set was set for. How do you clear the presets values out of memory?
