Please remind me on the connections for this device.  I know that red is the power supply and black is the ground.  I cannot remember whether:

The red is common to supply and load, and the yellow is the ground for the load….. or

The black is common to supply and load and the yellow is the power feed for the load.

YB27VA has several meters with different current measurement range.  Could you please let us know which one it is?

Please kindly check below two wiring diagram. Both of them are available. If your meter is with 10A range, you don’t need to connect shunt.
