Hello,
Please refer to below steps. You need a DC adjustable Power Supply, multimeter and load
If the no-load current is not zero, please follow the zer calibration firstly.
Zero calibration:
- Please hold the OK button and turn on power supply simultaneously. Then release button after 3 seconds, it will come to parameters setting.
- Please make sure load is disconnected and yellow cursor is at “Mode”option, then click “OK” button to move yellow cursor to “0A”, then short press Down button, current reading will return to zero.
- At last, short press OK button to move cursor to “Save”option to save the setting.
Charging current calibration:
- Hook up meter, power supply and load asper charging wiring diagram.
Set the power supply as above12V, then hold on the Ok button and power on. Release button OK after 3 seconds , it will come to parameter setting interface.
- At that moment, yellow cursor is at “Mode” , the third line of interface show “00000”. Please disconnect load or just make sure load current is 0.00A, then press OK button to move the cursor to “ 0A” ; Then press down button, the displayed current value will return to zero
- Press OK button to move to”+4.A”, then connect load, the load current must be above 1.00A; Then press up or down buttons to make the measured value is the same as load current.; Next, press OK button and move to ‘Save’to save the calibration setting, then power off and power on again.
Discharging current calibration.
- Hook up the power supply and load according to the discharging wiring diagram.
- Set the power supply as over 12V, then hold on OK button and power the meter simultaneously.Then release button OK after 3 seconds. It will come to parameter setting;
- Please move yellow cursor to “Mode”and short press OK button, then move the yellow cursor to “-4.A”.
In that case, please make sure the actual load current is over 1.00A. Next, please press up or down button to adjust the current value of meter until it is the same as actual load current. After that, press OK, move yellow cursor to ”Save” and save the calibration.
Hello Georg,
Do you mean the maximum load current is up to 12Amps?
Here is a boost converter #2001450 for your reference. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PV5YY55?ref=myi_title_dp

in reply to: Calibration procedure #85445Hello,
Do you have problem on current or voltage reading? If not, it is better not to enter calibration procedure in case larger error.
Best regards.

in reply to: Substitute for 090410? #85309Hello Bill Arden,
May I know more details? For example, input and output voltage range, maximum load current.

Hello Evan Waldie,
Please kindly notice current adjustment is different from voltage adjustment. Most of converters just give a limit on load current, that is to say that preset current is the maximum value instead of fixed value. If your load can only draw 0.2A in that case, actual output is just 0.2A. But load current will be not over 3A, you have set it as maximum limit.
For any more questions, please let us know.
Best regards.

Hello Bingus,
Please confirm if it is this item, #2001709014, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076TTBKFG
In general, the fan turn on when working temperature is up to 55 ℃.
Would you please tell us the input voltage/current? And how much it drop?
If possible, could you please show the issue by video?
Best regards
Hello Skashkash
Could you please request replacement through Online Return Center? As items are stored in Amazon warehouse, they will deal with shipment and replacement or return on behalf of seller.
Best regards.
Hello,
The images shows the voltage reading is 18.68v, did you check the actual output voltage with other meter? Is it the same as the voltage reading?
in reply to: Need speaker options for Bluetooth amp #84221Hello
You can connect 4 ohm speaker, but it is more suitable for 6/8/16 ohm speakers.
Best regards.
Hello Skashkash,
How large is the input voltage? Would you like to show your operation by video so that we can check further?
Best regards.
Hello Yan,
We stop selling these two items on Amazon. If it is ok for you, we can ship items to you directly from China.

Hello,
Pleaes kindly notice constant current status mainly depends on your load. No converter can control how much current the load should draw. Converter just set a limit for load current.
For example, if you set 3A output, but your device draw 2A, the actual output is still 2A. It is impossible to force the device to draw 3A.
Once device draws over 3A, output will be limited to 3A. In that case, it is in constant current mode.
Best regards.
