    Hello,

    Do you only turn it clockwise ? That is to increase output voltage. Please turn it anticlockwise until preset value is lower than input voltage.

    To check what wrong it is, would you like to show operation details  by video so that we can find out the cause?

    If you need to revise AH and FU value, please do that before  charging battery.

    It calculates capacity percentage by monitoring battery voltage.  F4 is for 12.8v LFP battery, if your battery type meet that, it should show correct percentage. Or please choose custom setting, menu “3–“.

    The capacity percentage =(actual charging or discharging capacity /preset AH value)*100%

    It can only work when you set OAH (over-capacity protection).

    OAH setting: Press button Up or Down  to move yellow cursor to OAH, then hold the OK button to enter parameters setting. After setting, please press OK to save setting.

    You can put any cable through current sensor. If current follows the direction of arrow on sensor,it is discharging status, capacity will decrease. Otherwise,capacity will increase.

    Hello fred,

    Please refer to  rated battery voltage instead of battery cell quantity.  In this program , one cell of lithium iron phosphate  is 3.2v, assume your battery is 12v,  you can select “F4″(3.2V*4) in menu”1–“.

    If  there is no suitable battery specification in menu 1, please program menu “3–“, custom setting.

    Hello,
    Did you find available channel in “SFH”?
    If you have two items, please power on one module and  display only, then search communication channel in SFH. There are value 0 -128, please find out which SFH value  can make it displays voltage. At last, just choose that value in “FCH” menu.
