    Thank you for purchasing.
    The red wire is connected to the power supply+ (DC 7-30V); the black wire is connected to the power supply- (DC 7-30V) and the green wire is connected to measure voltage+ (DC 0-200V).
    The button on the left which is marked “M” is to switch to display time, temperature, voltage.
    The button on the right which is marked “S” is for time setting.

    As your description, the relay is connected to the output of the product.
    Therefore, the frequency at which this switching square wave do not affect the normal operation of the circuit.

    The power supply you are thinking to buy is NOT suitable for this product.
    Here is some reference examples for you:
    AC 110/220V DC 24V 5A Regulated Double Output Switch Power Supply
    AC 110V/220V to DC 24V 15A 360W Voltage Transformer Switch Power Supply for Led Strip
    The power supply which has 200W output power will be better.
