    Hi, thank you for your business. you bought the ” Pb12V lead-acid battery” Size Battery Capacity Tester, right? Please note that this is used for Pb12V lead-acid battery, so it cannot monitor your gel lithium 12v 200AH battery. If you want to test it, you should choose the ” 3 pcs lithium batteries 12V” size.     Hi Sam, did you check the wires (winding displacement) of the potentiometer? Pull out then plug it into again. If you still cannot adjust it, maybe some components were broken. If the current is too large, it will destroy some internal components.

    Dear Sam, did the power indicator lights on? Did the wires connected the potentiometer loose? Could you please tell us more details about your using environment? what’s the input and output and what’s the load and the wiring? please send us a picture to let us check what is the problem detail?     The supplies ability of the module is 20A maxium, it is not rated but adaptive that depends on the requirements of your load. the voltage regulator can be able to tolerate the currents ranging from 50mA to 15A.

    Dear Kishore, some of DC meters can connect the shunt in Positive side of the load, but some not. which meter do you want to connect? Thanks!

    Dear Diana A, did you buy this 20V 2A NC Power Module? please note that this is Step down mode, input voltage must be higher than 3V. So if the input is DC 5.1V, then set it for U-OUT 5.0V, it cannot work.

    Do you mean that when you changed the input to 12v, but the output still had nothing change? Could you please tell us what’s the wring. If you can, we sincerely hope you can send us some photos.

    U is for voltage; P is for power; I is for current; and C is for capacity.
    so the meter reading is 0.75A.

    is this product your asked?? Meter AC 80-500V
    if yes, please check the following information.
    if the voltage is 110V or 220V, the 2 wire is hot and a ground.
    if the voltage is 380V, the 2 wire are hots.
