    You can extend lead wire as need, it doesn’t affect measurement. If you want to monitor the battery temperature, just put the sensor close to battery.

    Do you mean the output port of buck converters are connected in parallel？ We don’t recommend parallel connection. It may be easy to damage some of them.

    We can’t confirm which item it is, would you like to offer product link? If it is  buck converter only,  it can’t step up voltage from 12v to 20v.

    Manufacturer said not only the mosfet, power supply chip, voltage converter chip and capacitance should also damage.

    You still need to check other parts. In that case, it is better to replace item directly.

    About custom item, we need to check with factory.  Please confirm custom details firstly.

    1.With trigger signal, there is  0.1 to 99.9 seconds  delay time before turning on relay. Do you hope the delay time is adjusted by user?

    2. Cycle times is once, should we save the setting for cycle times?

    Did you program AH and FU parameters?  Both are necessary setting. And after setting parameters, it can’t show correct reading at once.  Please fully charged battery.

    Please notice only KWH parameter can be zero. Just hold the upper button 3 seconds to reset it.

    “FFF” means current has been over the range 200A.
