Excellent device. Got it to power a RaspberryPi of 12 volts. It does this effortlessly. The assembly of the device is simple. and the setup likewise is simple. Excellent quality.

this thing is really cool with having the usb interface attachment very useful can even charge your cell phone with a 6volt battery or any amount of batteries place in series to be at least 6 volts whatever your using it for you have to have at least one volt extra almost all usb output are 5 volts so when you do use this with the usb you must set the voltage to 5 or 5.5 volts most phones have a built in charge chip that only pulls a certain amount of current tablets and smartphones are 1.5 amps no more then 2 old phones and other devices are more like .5 amps or 500millaamps if you charge one of these older phones or devices at 5 or 5.5 volts and the battery is super dead and phone or device dose not have a built in charge chip then it will draw more then the 500mA the battery is meant to charge at so in this case you turn the current down to around 500mA constant current after the battery charges up a little it draws less and will switch to constant voltage on its own now for most devices except batteries they only draw the current there meant to draw so you keep the current turned all the way up most of the time and just run on constant voltage you will be able to meter how much current your pulling just don't go over 4amp with out extra cooling and depending on how much voltage your using you don't want to go over 50watts without extra cooling and anything over 75watts will kill the board and chips and fry transistor watts is volts times amps so if your running something that takes 30 volts you can only pull 2 amps max 5amps max at 12volts anyways well worth the money very cool
